can't run 3d graphics...

Doesn't run CAD software, the gpu drivers show that they are up to date yet I keep getting errors regarding GPUs and their drivers... The screen gets so many issues phasing in and out of duty as it wishes... The cable it came didn't, thankfully the adapter did, thank luck... Makes me wonder if the machine was tested before packaging... If there was a slot for zero stars I'd select that...
