Calibration:

-Cut the plastic bag, pour the powder into a 250ML volumetric flask, rinse the inner wall of the plastic bag with a small amount of CO2-free distilled water, dilute it to scale and shake it evenly.

-The powder has a shelf life of 2 years.

-On the premise of no pollution, the calibration solution can be reused. The shelf life after adding water is about 6 months.

-After the calibration powder is mixed into calibration solution, follow the following steps.

-Use method of calibration fluid:

Wash the acidity meter electrode with pure water (2-3 times)

*1. immerse the pH electrode in the mixed pHosphate standard buffer solution with ph value of 6.86 (at 25℃) and shake it gently.

*2. Pre button to auto calibrate.

*3. Clean the electrode with purified water first, and then insert the electrode into the standard buffer solution of potaium hydrogen phosphate phthalate with pH4.00 for calibration.

*4. After about two minutes, the displayed value should be within the allowable error range compared with the pH value of buffer solution.

The two-point calibration is to calibrate with two kinds of calibration solutions, and the three-point calibration is to calibrate with three kinds of calibration solutions. Generally, calibration starts from 6.86. Then use 4.00.

Operation:

*1. Remove protective cap.

*2. First rinse the electrode with distilled water and suck it with filter paper.

*3. Turn the meter on by preing “ON/OFF” key.

*4. Immerse the pH meter electrode in the solution to be tested (should not be over the immersion line).

*5. Stir gently and wait around 2 minutes till the reading stabilizes.

*6. After finishing, clear the electrode with pure water, turn the meter off.

*7. Always replace the protective cap after use.

Note:

-Please note that the probe of PH pen is made of gla, which is fragile. Please don't collide with things. Once damaged, it can't be replaced. You must protect the probe well. After use, gently suck the water on the probe with absorbent paper.

-If the backlight brightne drops significantly or the display value is blurred, replace the battery. When replacing the battery, pull out the battery compartment to replace it, and pay attention to the polarity of the battery.
