You can use it with or without food.This product is specific for children, although pregnant women, nursing mothers and adults are allowed to use it.

This product is made of 4 ingredients which are;

2. Calcium Carbonate

3. Fusion Milk

4. Strawberries

4 to 13yrs  1 tablet

14 to 17yrs  1- 2 tablets

Pregnant mothers  1- 2 tablets

Lactating mothers 1- 3 tablets
