PIXMA MG2540S printer, follow these steps:

Ensure the printer is switched on and the original document is placed face down on the scanner glass

Select the desired paper size (A4, Letter, B5, or A5) on the printer's LCD panel

Press the Color button for color copying or the Black button for black & white copying

. The segment display will flash.

When the segment display changes from flashing to lit, the printer will start copy

To make multiple copies, press the Color or Black button repeatedly according to the number of copies needed during the flashing segment display
To cancel copying, press the Stop button
For faster print speed, press and hold the Color or Black button for 2 seconds or more in step 3 to set the print quality to "Draft" mode
