The PC was "refurbished" but it wasn't looking good on the face, and the keyboard. THE LIGHT PEN TOO IS NOT WORKING. I didn't like your packaging! It was hard for me to reach you, especially through email, I wanted to ask if I would just deposit part of the money using mobile money and pay rest in cash . Please of you can atleast get me another functioning light pen. I will be grateful
