The outside of the grinder is made of aluminum alloy, the inside of the grinder is made of plastic, the handle of the grinder is made of stainle steel, and the lid of the grinder is made of plastic. The powder cup of black grinder is made of aluminum both inside and outside. The powder cup of red grinder is made of plastic inside and aluminum outside. The only difference between C1 and C2 is C2's powder cup is all metal, while C1's powder cup is metal outside and plastic inside. The appearance and size are the same, please know The box is still marked C1.The brand hasn't updated the box yet. Since April 17, all the dark gray bean grinders sent out are C2 models.The red one hasn't been upgraded

Troubleshooting

Q:Why is the coarsene obviously uneven suddenly?

A:First,make sure the top lid above the bearing tight. If it's loose,try to rotate it anti-clockwise till it's tight. If it's not soed,contact us for more help.

Q:Why is the scale of the adjuster too loose to adjust the coarsene?

A:Because the spring or the burrs get stuck.Try to hold the body and shake the handle slightly till you hear a click,which means the spring or burrs are loose. If not,try to unscrew the lid above the bearing and take the whole burr set out. Clean the burr sets and install them. We won'ttake responsibity if customers are against these notifications above.
