MSM Powder is pure Methyl-sulfony-methane. MSM Powder can be
taken as a supplement for joints and connective tissue. Our MSM powder can be
added to a little liquid and taken daily.

MSM is known as a
sulfur-rich compound with anti-inflammatory properties. There’s also some
inconclusive research on its effectiveness with hair growth and retention. MSM
sulfur may form bonds essential to strengthening the keratin in hair and
influencing hair growth.

This powder can be re-hydrated in water or fruit juice, it can
be encapsulated or added to a herbal powder blend. Its taste is very sour so it
is best to mask the taste if possible.

Serving:

MSM can be taken daily, a typical dose is anything from 2g - 8g.
It should be introduced slowly starting with 1g - 2g per day, then gradually
increased. 

1 teaspoon equals 3 grams (1 tsp = 3g)

Contraindications:

MSM is safe for people currently taking medications. However MSM
can thin blood, so should not be taken at the same time as blood thinning
medications, unless approved by a medical doctor. It is safe for children and
pregnant women. MSM is not similar to inorganic sulfites to which many people
are allergic. It is not a recognized allergen.
