How to prepare a single serving

Pour water: Add approximately 195ml of cold water into a glass or shaker. 

Add powder: Gradually add 6 level scoops of Ensure powder to the water. A scoop is included in the can. 

Mix: Stir or shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. 

Consume: Drink the prepared beverage immediately. If you don't use it right away, cover it, refrigerate, and use within 24 hours.
