Take a section of the scarf paper, and then stretch the collar paper to the appropriate length (just around the entire neck).
The blue strip alignment (the strip of the front alignment ), is forced to pinch (this can be sticky more solid, if the tape design is too sticky, it will stick to paper, not easy to tear off).
Set the cloth (or scarf) around the collar paper, and fix it.
Down along the cloth, down the fold, gently press by the reverse point,so that part of the fold closes to the cloth.
Hygienic as they are only used once.
