Burn Eco PRO - Commercial Charcoal Stove

Ecoa Char PRO is the Commercial Size Charcoal stove from Burn Manufacturing.

For commercial cooking, like Restaurants, with cooking capacity up to 100 people (with a capacity of 30 Litres.)

Made of Pure stainless steel and ceramic wool insulation 

Cooks twice faster than ordinary sigiris, and saves 50% on charcoal.

Light weight at approx 8.5 kg, which is 3 times lighter than an equivalent size of a traditional commercial size sigiri.

Clean cooking using charcoal or briquettes. Ergonomic handles for easy handling. 

Simmering: simply add some ash to burning red hot coal, adjust ash tray to leave some space for aeration (about 1cm)

This charcoal Stove diameter is 40cm, and maximum recommended saucepan diameter is 48cm. That means you can use a cooking pan with up to 4cm outside of the stove round top diameter.
