BE SPECIFIC

You really deserve a minimum star because the delivery was not as exactly I read on the product at Jumia. The product indicates 1litre and u delivered me 0.5 litter. And if I request for a return it will require me transport of 10,000ugx. But why don't you deliver what exactly is written on the product at Jumia. Looks like you have a lot of customers and u don't care losing some. I have been with Jumia for a long period of time but these days things don't come as expected and I really fear to place an order again. Because they no longer pick up return at door. The give unwanted product and still I in put my money for transport to take it back. But WHY
