Kindly note that I am very disappointed with this item and I am planning to deliver it to the agent where I got picked it from. He can witness that we tried it before I took it and I personally thought that it was because it needed charging. Upon reaching home, I charged it but it cannot play unless it's plugged in power yet I thought it could be charged and one can go along with it.
