I liked them

The products are good but Jumia services are very poor and hopefully this is my last time to place my orders from your platform. How can someone buy and pay for the product from 24th April up to now it's not delivered? They've no email to contact them, No phone numbers to call apart from their so called customer care and i don't know why they don't work 24/7
