QUALITY MATTERS

Its was 12GB RAM instead of 16GB RAM when i sent it back for refund since it the specfication wasnt correct but the answer i was given that i already opened it so there cant be any refund it i accepted they send it back if the RAM is adujusted since the guy on customer care told me it can be.adujusted and sent back .Today i picked the phone from the pickup station i was so disappointed to find the RAM wasnt changed and it had blue prints on the screen just know am so disppointed since i was also told that if i send it back again their will be no claim of item . For the time i have been ordering items on jumia i have never complained but for this one am hurt. Sometimes value our money
