Automatic USB Charging Water Pump Dispenser

The silicon ring does not fit securely onto the dispenser and thus the water pipe keeps falling off the dispenser when in operation yet there is a warning to say, "dry pumping....strictly prohibited. The product is not user friendly. The USB charging cable is too short and yet one might need to charge the dispenser while using it. It is not very easy to fix the charging USB into the dispenser, one has to be very carefully not to damage it as it seems with a little force the USB port on the dispenser can be pushed inside the dispenser. The water pipe was folded over several times when packaged so it has kinks that cannot be straightened. I have given up on using the product and I would be grateful for a replacement as I can not return the product since it is more than 7 days that I received it.
