the shoe was not original

Stop selling duplicate things at high prices. The shoe looks of good quality and original on the ad or platform but after buying i realised its duplicate and hard no hard texture like other original shoes. Plus the packaging is also poor. Shoes like this should be packed in a shoe box, not a ziploc bag, since they wld get squished or deformed, especially if the shoes are not original. And it aint the first time for me to order a non original item from Jumia. This is the second. I ordered a bag last time and the same happemed, what i saw in the picture is not wht i got. Please endeavour to improve on that.
