RECEIVING MY JACKET

The delivery was on time. However, I did not get call from the Pick Up station. I only got notification of SMS and email. Next time, not only for me, but also for others, let there be calls to the customers to inform them about arrival of their packages to the Pickup stations. Secondly, I would also like to suggest that Jumia create a way of someone buying items for someone and be able to send on the address indicated. Otherwise, your services are good. Thank you
