Generally poor quality

Not as expected, poor material, many buyers has raised poor quality of this item. I ordered for it without viewing the previous customer's views, otherwise I wouldn't have gone for it. Better you remove it from the items. I has been buying almost all my items from Jumia because of the customer satisfaction you offer but this time with this item (No) and am just giving it a benefit of doubt because jumia has been so reliable. One disappointment will not make me stop from transacting with you people. But I advise you to check and read customers views with concern and change the poor quality products.
