Gadget is not working

Something tells me they intended to deliver a faulty charger. On top of it taking a week to get delivered, they delivered it when faulty, clearly dead. I was using a voucher and i feel like reordering will be quite a big process. I feel disturbed for a Monday morning. Kindly have a talk with this, your supplier. He is spoiling the good image of Jumia, out there.
