Complaint

I bought the product and when I started using it for the first time only the left side of the air pods was sounding and the right was dead. So I think you should be able to do testing of the product when the customer is receiving it to ensure it is working well so as to satisfy the needs of the customer. Incase the product isn't working you should take it back n give the customer a new one.
