Am very disappointed with this seller and the app

It was my first time to order for someone using this app the package was delivered but it was faulty, when I claimed about that the lady told me that am going to get another package ???? a good one, do you know what the lady did she just lied that the first package is in a process of return so that I can get another one when I went back there after a week she had the package at her store I never knew she was a lier my God imagin now I have to pay back the money I used to buy the package and you guys are there relaxing not even caring about it, I think I need to find a reliable delivery app soon am shifting to momo jumia doesn't care these days mbu the return days are over yet she lied to me and kept the package inside here store whenever I go there mbu it's coming, coming my ass fuck it of am tired of this shit have given it to the kids to play with it....????????????????????
