Received broken

Returned per instructions and verified receipt. No refund? No drone? Someone called day after return said it worked, we said of course not and please verify more than drone turning on and off, they said they would investigate ? Of course we verified reverified changed batteries etc. did work absolutely did not. Drone powered up, remote did nothing. They have not refunded and now say return period expired? If they do not refund even though they have broken drone. I guess I keep over 300k and just laugh? Very disappointed.
