I find it so refined It doesn’t thicken as much as the usual flour, so you may need to use a larger quantity of flour to prepare porridge since it doesn’t thicken. Also use very little water when preparing posho otherwise it will be soggy or you may have to use a larger quantity of flour But it would serve well for a baby or toothless people since it’s really normally soft
