Mixed Feelings
Yes, the device does have the features that I am looking for but the quality of materials from which has been made are of low quality. The plastic is inferior and light while the interchangable blades have edges leftover from the molding process. It can be used but not as comfortably as most food processors. I recommend that this should be bought for people looking to try new chopping styles but I advise all professional chefs to avoid and stick to a knife.
