They sent me a duplicate one

I think u guys sent me a duplicate one! Koz it doesn’t even have that babycook word on it and whenever i touch the knob electricity shocks me!! Electricity passes through ????‍♀️ I tried to ask for a return but it shows that i may not get a refund
