I don't like it

It was the worst transaction I had with you guys, the bag was all nice until I saw it lacked a zip which I had earlier assumed was there, very awful. The hidden zip was sewed up and after one week of using, it all went wide open. Now I cant use it. Very sad I cant return it back.
