I received incomplete set than what I had ordered I ordered a guitar with its accessories ie guitar bag,pricker,qnd guitar belt but on coming it was only guitar alone You delay to respond to our concerns I wanted to place a return no one to guide me I also wanted an apology voucher it's also hard to access
