The “adjustable Product” could only be adjusted upwards so I couldn’t fit in and opted to return it in exchange for a smaller one only to be notified that the product was not returnable. I’m wondering why this isn’t explicitly mentioned at the time of adding the product to the shopping cart. I feel cheated!!
