Good but not the product I ordered

I ordered for HP elitebook 840 G6 but ended up getting Elitebook 830 G6 that takes too long to charge (almost 12 hours) and has never reached full charge. The elitebook works well but the charging has issues. I don't intend to return it because I have a few days to leave where I can access your services. The delivery duration was good.
