I don"t like it

Purchased 2 laptops and on pick up after paying had to check before leaving the station, one item was already repaired with superglue and got damaged, had to return back. the second item (laptop) seamed working well but on updating the office software failed and crushed 3 times, on trouble shooting the drive was unhealth and poor quality so had to buy a new one for it to work.
