Could you please talk to your suppliers about selling genuine products? I bought a phone with a fake battery—I charge it about five times a day—and the speaker is also faulty. Unfortunately, the return period has already passed. It would be more honest to tell clients when a phone is used or refurbished, instead of calling it new when it clearly isn’t. Transparency builds trust.
