Galaxy A14 sold with undisclosed software issues
The phone was all okay but essential applications could not install on it. They just kept on pending all the time. WhatsApp completely failed saying Use the official WhatsApp application even when it was the official one. I mean why sell something as authentic yet you know it has issues. Next time disclosed the issues on the product your selling or resolve them before selling the product.
