Nowadays jumia you sell poor quality products, I ordered for this phone Samsung A14 at first it's networks where not working you couldn't call nor receive calls and I refunded it, then I reordered it again for the second time this time round the network is okay but the phone doesn't support WhatsApp tried to update the phone still nothing... So jumia please mind about the products your sending to your customers. Am really disappointed ???? in you.
