i did not know how to use it
I received the machine and I struggled to thread it. It also has a direction to follow, i went the opposite direction and it almost tore my clothes. I think that it was because I didn't know how to use it well. If the seller can attach an instruction manual in English, it'd be helpful for the people who would like to use it
