Disappointed: Poor Picture Quality

I was really disappointed with this 43-inch Skyworth TV. The picture quality is poor and not what I expected for a TV of this size. The colors look dull and the overall display is not sharp, even after adjusting the settings. Another major issue is that the box did not include a warranty card, which is very concerning for an electronic product. This makes me unsure about after-sales support and repairs if anything goes wrong. Overall, this purchase did not meet my expectations. I hope Jumia and the seller can improve on quality checks and ensure all necessary documents are included before delivery.
