Device has failed to switch on

This TV has totally failed to switch on after fully connecting it on power though the power button light is lighting but still lights as motor vehicle indicator. Sad ????????????

It's hard to show settings and serve it's purpose as an inbiult Free to air decorder , written instructions about setting , I have tried to set it up but I have failed, feel like regrating because if I had bought it from a physical shop someone would have done it for me, am afraid am not ordering anything else anymore from your platform because of this
