The Tv is not bad but

The wifi is ok thats y am it giving 3* but connecting to the TV stations has failed. Imediately i switched it on, it kept telling me to scan for channels. I have scanned n scanned but no change in spite of the fact that the antenna is well fixed. It does not read the antenna because even the signal strength n quality shows a dash????. Idk wat to do next
