Frustrated at the loss of my prepaid item

My order was never picked by me and yet the pick up station claims it's been picked and yet still can not explain to me whom they my order. Upto now am still waiting for their feedback. What is more frustrating is that, the item is prepaid. I trust jumia as a company. Your services are excellent but the people at the pick up station can not be trusted. Please help talk to the guys at Soroti pick up station because they were negligent with my order. Thank you.
