Good cooker but disappointed with rusty oven trays

I purchased this 50x50cm 4 gas burner cooker on the 23/Sep/2025 and overall it's a decent appliance. The black finish looks sleek in my kitchen and the size is perfect for my cooking needs. However, I was quite disappointed to discover that the oven trays arrived with rust spots on them. For a new appliance, this is unacceptable. The rust was visible right out of the box, which suggests poor storage or quality control issues. The 2-year warranty gives some peace of mind, though I shouldn't need to worry about rust on brand new accessories. The rusty trays really affected my first impression. I hope the manufacturer can improve their quality control, especially for the accessories. Would recommend checking all components carefully upon delivery.
