The build quality is not that robust, you can tell it's a Chinese low class build, but it does the job. Reaches the required temperature in a short time, says it uses 6ltrs, but in actual sense u need only 4ltrs. If u go above that, when u try to fry anything, the oil just bubbles and spills over. Can be very dangerous. The edges of the stainless steel body are not well finished so they can easily cut you if you are trying to carry or wash the equipment. Advisable to just set it up in a place where u won't move it around else u will get hurt. The edges are that badly finished. The body is very light, made from cheap stainless steel. But again, for the price, it does the job.
