would have rated you better but I experienced some disappointments on my previous orders. 1. I ordered for a RAFF Min oven but you instead sent Hoffman. Whose hotplates stopped working in about a week 2. You sold to a laptop whose battery was faulty. PC could frequently turn off unexpectedly, until the battery failed completely. All this happened after a short time. To be sincere, am not so contented with the quality of your electronics. I have now set my eyes on the fridge you delivered
