Ev BC327 PNP Transistor

The BC327 transistor is an PNP transistor with excellent maximum gain capability of 600 but normal gain is around 110 so that you can use it in amplifier application. It can have a maximum collector current flow of 800mA and maximum collector power dissipation of 625mW. Maximum transistor frequency is 100MHz and maximum collector to emitter voltage is 45V so you can use it to drive loads under 800mA like pre amplifiers, signal conditioners etc.
