Steps for usage

Correct measurement method (only correct measurement can get accurate value)

1. About 2~3 cm (about one middle finger width), put the armband on the upper arm to be tested as shown in the figure, and make the armband air nozzle point towards the small arm.

2. Make sure that the lower edge of the armband is at a distance of more than 2~3 cm from the elbow joint, and the air nozzle is on the inside of the arm.

Correctly measure sitting posture：Sit still for 5 minutes before measuring according to the figure, place your lower arm on the table, palm up, and sit up straight. The center of the armband is at the same height as the heart. Please note that the air tube on the armband is twisted or discounted.（It is not suitable to measure after meals, exercises, emotional agitation, etc.）
