I don't like
I am utterly dissatisfied and compelled to rate this product a zero. The moment I handled the bag, the zipper detached, revealing pre-existing damage and a clear disregard for quality before it was sold. My unfamiliarity with the return process has unfortunately led to the lapse of the 7-day return window, leaving me stranded with a defective and unusable item. This experience is unacceptable and deeply frustrating.
