• Important Notes:
• Regarding Smoke: It is normal for white smoke to emit from the heating core vents during initial use. This will stop after 10-30 minutes of operation. 
• The smoke is caused by the burning off of surface materials on the mica within the heating core, hence the need for these vents.

Safety Guidelines:

• The solder ing tip is extremely hot. Do not touch it with your hands. Allow it to cool completely before changing tips or moving the equipment.
• Use a properly grounded power plug. Keep away from damp and flammable materials. Operate in a well-ventilated area. Wear safety glasses and gloves.
• Before Operation:
• Check the power cord and solder feeding mechanism. Clean any oxidation from the solder ing tip. Install compatible solder wire and the appropriate tip.
• During Sold ering:
• For new tips, perform initial "tip conditioning" (repeat: low-temperature tinning → cleaning → temperature adjustment). Recommended working temperature is around 350°C. Avoid prolonged use above 450°C.
• Limit continuous contact at a single point to ≤3 seconds. Feed solder wire close to the tip. Clean excess solder slag promptly.
• Maintenance & Storage:
• After each use, wipe the tip clean and remove any slag. Replace tips regularly (or alternatively, lightly re-tin after careful cleaning/polishing if appropriate for the tip type). Periodically inspect components for wear.
• Store the device only after it has completely cooled. Protect solder wire from moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not disassemble the unit yourself.
