Holland Seeds Cauliflower Hybrid Rocky F1 is an F1 hybrid seed variety known for producing dense, white, dome-shaped heads with strong plant vigor and good disease resistance. This variety is suitable for both home gardens and commercial farming. 

Growing Information

Climate & Season: Cauliflower is a cool-season crop that thrives in temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. It is typically grown during cooler months, such as autumn to winter.

Soil: It requires well-drained, fertile soil rich in organic matter, with an ideal pH of 6.0–7.0.

Sowing & Transplanting: Seeds can be started in nursery trays and transplanted when the seedlings are about 15–20 days old or have 4-5 true leaves. Space plants about 45–60 cm apart in rows.

Sunlight & Watering: The plants need 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily and consistent moisture. Avoid overwatering or letting the soil dry out, as inconsistent moisture can affect head quality.

Harvesting: The cauliflower is generally ready for harvest in 60–75 days after transplanting (maturity time can vary). Harvest when the heads are firm, white, and compact.

Blanching: To keep the heads pure white and prevent yellowing from the sun, the outer leaves can be tied together over the developing curd (blanching).
