  Usage issues:   1.What if the newly received headphones cannot be used correctly?

• Because the earphones are in a low battery state. Please charge the earphones 1-2 hours before use

2.During use, only one earphone was successfully connected

• Check the headphone battery level
• Confirm that both earphones have sufficient battery. If they are low, put them back into the charging case and charge for 10-15 minutes before attempting to connect.

Check pairing status

• Ensure that the earphones are in a paired state and can be re paired:
• Open the charging case and let the earphones charge.
• Turn off the headphone power and turn it back on.
• Remove the earphones from the Bluetooth settings of the device and re pair them

  3. The earphones still cannot be used normally after charging
