Mercedes 2000 Manicure & Pedicure Set, a professional-grade electric nail drill designed for both home and salon use.
Key Features & Specifications
Variable Speed Control: Adjustable speeds ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 RPM.
Multifunctional Tool: Used for shaping, buffing, grinding, and polishing both natural and artificial (acrylic/gel) nails, as well as callus removal.
Safety & Protection: Features built-in automatic overload protection to prevent overheating.
Directional Control: Includes a switch for both forward and backward rotation.
Quiet Operation: Designed for low noise, low heat, and low vibration To use the M-838 Professional Nail Drill safely and effectively, follow these standard operating steps for high-performance e-files:
1. Setting Up the Handpiece
Insert a Bit: Most professional handpieces use a twist-lock mechanism. Twist the middle of the handle (usually toward "R" or an open lock icon) to open the chuck. Insert your 3/32" drill bit and twist it back (toward "S" or a closed lock) until it clicks.
Note: Never turn the drill on without a bit or the protective pin inserted, as this can damage the motor.
Connect: Plug the handpiece cable into the port on the main control box.
2. Basic Operation
Power On: Press the power button or turn the speed dial clockwise to turn the unit on. The LCD screen should light up, showing the battery level and current RPM.
Adjust Speed: Slowly turn the dial to increase the speed.
Low (5,000–15,000 RPM): Best for natural nails and cuticle work.
Medium (15,000–25,000 RPM): Ideal for shaping gel or acrylic.
High (30,000+ RPM): Used for removing bulk material or thinning thick acrylics.
Rotation Direction: Use the F/R (Forward/Reverse) button to change the direction.
Forward is typically for right-handed users.
Reverse is for left-handed users or for specific angles on yourself.
3. During Use
Keep it Moving: Never let the bit sit in one spot on the nail, as the friction will quickly create a "heat spike" and burn the nail bed.
Use Light Pressure: Let the speed of the drill do the work. Pressing down too hard can cause the bit to "jump" or damage the natural nail.
Angle: Keep the bit parallel to the nail surface to avoid digging "rings of fire" into the nail.
4. Charging & Maintenance
Charging: Use the provided cable to charge. The display will show when the battery is full.
Cleaning: After use, wipe down the handpiece and control box with a soft cloth. Use a small brush to remove dust from the chuck area to prevent clogging.for a smoother experience.
