The Empty Water by Michael Lawson Brown

The story focuses on Mr. Munemo, a rich man who decides to secure his own water supply by installing a large water tank at his home to prepare for the severe drought. Despite his efforts, the dry, hot conditions in the area cause a major fire to break out nearby.
