Main Ingredients

Its antiseptic properties come from four essential oils: Eucalyptol, Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, and Thymol. The original formula also contains water, alcohol (21.6%), and other inactive ingredients, including a green colorant. Alcohol-free versions are also available. 

Directions for Use

For best results, rinse with 20 mL of Listerine Cool Mint for 30 seconds twice daily for adults, and 10ml for children between 6-12 years,  in the morning and evening. Spit out the mouthwash and do not swallow. It is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
